Bild friert ein, problem mit grafikkarte?

Seid ein par Tagen kommt es nach nen par minuten, manchmal stunden, manchmal wenn ich grade nen game spiel, im internet bin oder einfach aufm desktop dazu, das der bildschirm einfriert, es bewegt sich nichts mehr.
habe da kein system hinter gefunden, es scheint willkürlich zu sein.

dann erhalte ich folgende fehlermeldung:

und das die instabilität mit dem radeon grafikkartentreiber zu tun haben könnte.
hab dann gleich den neuesten runtergeladen, aber das problem besteht immernoch.
pc saubergemacht hab ich auch schon, aber situation is unverändert.
