na ich hätte da nicht direkt eine frage, sondern eher mehrere zu einem Sachverhalt:

Is it possible, that EALA will change their Strategie in supporting Games? Many things are copied from Blizzard, why not the excellent Support? I think, that you have to change, when you will have a bigger Online-Community. This will be important for the Future. Patching bugs is not really Support, that’s your duty. Support is when you hear to the wishes of your Customers.

Is it possible to do something like this:

You will give your Customers two different offers in Online-Gaming. The first is a normal way to play online like now in ccg/ccg-zh over gamespy.

The second is a premium offer, where are given a lot of ladders for single-player und a full clan-supported ladder. Also are there some kinds of tourneys, you will start. The user have to pay monthly a contribution ( 5 US$) to save the support over a long time. Here is only one nick pro user possible and the nicks are save, what means that the same nick can’t be chosen from more than one person. EA has also to watch for cheating and to ban cheater from this service. National-Team-Support could be one of many more features, you can give your Community.
