Over at the Generals Message Boards, Harvard Bonin has posted yet another Tech Support Message. Here's what he had to say.
Dear C&C Generals players,
We've set up two unique emails to collect data regarding any serious errors or connection to Generals Online problems.
To best address your issues follow the guidelines below:
1. Go into your Start menu and find the All Programs/EA Games/Command and Conquer Generals and click the EAsy System Info. Save info and go to your desktop. Copy and paste this info in the email.
2. This is not a forum for game suggestions, etc. Please send your EAsy info and an exact description of where your problem occurs. The more specific the better.
3. Do not expect an email back from us. This is a data gathering forum. We may ask you questions but we're just looking for repeatable cases.
